Remote Support Disclaimer and Liability Agreement

1. Acknowledgment and Consent

By requesting and accepting remote support from Click iTech, you acknowledge that:

  • Remote access is provided at your request and with your explicit consent.
  • You are granting temporary control of your device to a Click iTech technician for troubleshooting purposes.
  • You understand that only authorized Click iTech personnel will assist you.

2. Scope of Remote Support

Click iTech provides remote assistance solely for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Software installation and updates
  • Network configuration
  • System diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • General IT support

3. Customer Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for backing up all critical data before the session begins.
  • Click iTech is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unintended system changes.
  • Any software installations, changes, or configurations are made at your own risk.
  • You will remain present during the session and monitor all actions performed by the technician.

4. Limitations of Liability

Click iTech and its technicians:

  • Will take reasonable precautions to avoid system damage.
  • Are not responsible for any hardware failure, software corruption, or security breaches that may occur.
  • Are not liable for financial loss, business disruptions, or any other damages resulting from the support session.
  • Do not guarantee that all issues will be resolved.

5. Security & Privacy

Click iTech technicians will:

  • Never request your personal passwords, financial details, or sensitive information.
  • Only access your system with your explicit permission.
  • End the session immediately if any unauthorized activities are detected.

6. Agreement to Terms

By entering the remote support session ID, you confirm that you:
